Once an order is placed, you have a small window to cancel it before it processes to the warehouse. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation, however please know that cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.

Several delivery carriers are experiencing delays due to high demand. Most of our shipments are delivering on time, but some may experience fewer updates during transit or show no movement until they reach your local delivery hub. Please check your tracking frequently for updates.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Returns that are initiated because of damages will need to follow our "Damaged During Transit" claims process. In some instances you will not be required to return items. Our customer service team will update you on further steps if your order falls under this scenario.


Free shipping means your order will ship via our standard ground shipping method at no cost to you.

Our Free Shipping covers only standard shipping transit times that are usually 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
